* Reservations and all information required should be made directly with Grand Lapa, Macau through Mr. Diogenes Dias by returning this reservation form via email to diogenesd@grandlapa.com or via fax to +853 8590 0692 / +853 2855 4298 (ONE FORM FOR ONE BOOKING ONLY).
* All bookings should be guaranteed by a valid credit card and sent together with this form on or before Tuesday, 16 May 2017 to ensure room availability;
reservation will be cut-off on the above mentioned date.
* The following special room rate offer will be available from Wednesday, 29 March 2017 to Friday, 12 May 2017.
* Hotel reserves the right not to offer the following special room rate to any reservations made after the cut-off date of Friday, 12 May 2017.
* Reservations received after the cut-off date of Friday, 12 May 2017 will be subjected to rates and availability.
* Hotel has instituted a “No Show & Late Cancellation Fee” policy. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up, or if you cancel your reservation after the cut-off date of Friday, 12 May 2017, the individual guest’s credit card provided will be charged for the full amount of all reserved
nights plus applicable taxes.
* Any unsettled incidental charges incurred during the stay will be charged to the individual guest’s credit card provided.
* The following special room rate offer is applicable exclusively for IEEE International Symposium on a World of Wireless Mobile and Multimedia Networks (WoWMoM) during the period of 10th to 16th June 2017 ONLY.
* Check-in time is after 3:00PM (subject to hotel’s availability). Check-out time is before 12:00PM.
* Guaranteed early arrival should be reserved the night before and charge will be applied accordingly (subject to hotel’s availability).
* Free scheduled shuttle bus transfer (16-seaters) between Hotel and Macau Maritime Terminal for all our hotel guests.
